# Data processing agreement

The GDPR data processing agreement between your organisation as controller and akdigital as processor for NumeroVero.Online.

This DPA applies when you upload personal data to NumeroVero.Online. The Italian version is the binding reference text.

- Controller: your organisation. Processor: akdigital
- Subject matter: checking mobile numbers you provide
- Sub-processors are engaged under equivalent obligations

## Processing scope

We process uploaded numbers only to deliver the checks you request, for the duration of the contract, and we apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.

## Assistance and deletion

We assist with data subject requests and security incidents within a reasonable time, and delete or return processed data at the end of the contract or on documented request.
