# Refund policy

How refunds work for NumeroVero.Online credit purchases, including the 30-day window and unused credits.

We want billing to be uncontroversial. This page explains when a refund applies. The Italian version is the binding reference text.

- 30 days to request a refund on unused credits
- Failed or duplicated charges are refunded in full
- Credits already consumed by completed checks are not refundable

## How to request one

Write to support@numerovero.online with the transaction reference from your purchase history. Our authorised reseller, acting as Merchant of Record, issues the refund to the original payment method.

## Technical errors

Rows that end in a technical error are not billed at all: the reserved credits return to your wallet automatically, so no refund request is needed for them.
