How it works

The same four steps for every service, with no integration to build.

  1. 1

    Upload or paste

Bring a CSV or XLSX file, or paste your numbers straight into the box.

  2. 2

    Pick the check

Choose number validation or a channel check for the whole list.

  3. 3

    Review before you confirm

You see valid rows, duplicates and the exact credit cost before the job starts.

  4. 4

    Download the results

Export a CSV with a result per row and reuse it in your CRM or campaign tool.

Why check first

A short list of clean numbers beats a long list you cannot use.

Clean your CRM

Imported and legacy databases collect typos, landlines and dead records. A validation pass tells you which rows are still worth keeping.

Prepare WhatsApp campaigns

Knowing who has a WhatsApp account before launch lets you size the audience and plan a fallback for everyone else.

Segment across channels

One list, several channels: use the results to route each contact to a channel where they are actually present.

Cut pointless attempts

Fewer sends to unusable rows means fewer failures to reconcile and cleaner campaign reporting.

What a result looks like

Every job returns one row per number, with the service used, the outcome and the credits actually charged.

One wallet for every service

Credits are universal: you top up once and spend them on any check. Each service has its own credit cost per number, always shown before you confirm the job.

  • Cost per number visible before the job starts
  • Invalid formats, duplicates and technical errors are not charged
  • Reserved credits go back to the wallet automatically

Frequently asked questions

What exactly do you verify?
Two different things. Number validation tells you whether a mobile number is valid and usable. A channel check tells you whether that number appears on a messaging channel, for example WhatsApp. You choose one service per job.
Can I check a whole list at once?
Yes. You can upload a CSV or XLSX file or paste the numbers. The platform normalises them, removes duplicates and processes the list in bulk.
Do you send a message or a notification to the numbers?
The workflow never asks you to send messages yourself, and you do not connect your own SIM, phone or messaging account to run a check.
How do credits work?
One universal wallet covers every service. Each service has a credit cost per number that is shown before the job starts, so you always know what a run will cost.
Do I pay for duplicates and invalid numbers?
No. Rows with an invalid format, duplicates and technical errors are not charged: the credits reserved for them return to your wallet.
What about GDPR and lawful basis?
You remain the data controller for the numbers you upload and must have a valid legal basis to process them. A check reports a technical status and is never a proof of marketing consent.
What is the difference between validation and a channel check?
Validation answers 'is this number usable at all?'. A channel check answers 'is this number present on this channel?'. Many teams validate first and then run a channel check on what is left.
