Your role and ours
You remain the data controller for the numbers you upload; we act as processor and only process them to run the checks you request. You must have a lawful basis for holding and checking those numbers.
Security and data protection
You upload personal data, so the handling of that data is part of the product. Here is what we do and what we ask of you.
- Encrypted transport and authenticated access to every job
- Data separated per organisation, with role-based access
- Data processing agreement available for business customers
Retention and deletion
Job results stay available in your account so you can download them, and can be deleted on request. Contact us to agree a shorter retention window for your organisation.
