- Do I need to connect my WhatsApp account or a SIM?
- No. You upload a list and the platform runs the check: the workflow does not require you to connect your own number or send messages yourself.
- Does the number receive a message or a notification from me?
- The workflow never asks you to send messages during a check. You only submit a list and download the results.
- What number format is accepted?
- International E.164 format (for example +393401234567) is recommended. You can set a default country so local numbers are normalised automatically.
- Do you return business account, avatar or last-seen data?
- No. The active service reports presence only: present, not present or undetermined.
- Am I charged for duplicates and invalid rows?
- No. Invalid formats, duplicates and technical errors are not charged and the reserved credits return to your wallet.
- Is the result permanent?
- No. Presence can change over time, so a result reflects the moment the check ran. Re-check lists you reuse often.
- Can I combine it with number validation?
- Yes, and many teams do: validate the list first, then run the WhatsApp check on the rows that are still usable.
